Inkanoko ("we," "us," "our") is a revenue operations consultancy registered in Helsinki, Finland (Business ID 3458486-8, VAT FI34584868). This policy explains what personal data we collect through inkanoko.com, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it. We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and, where applicable to visitors and clients in the UK, the UK GDPR.
What we collect
We collect personal data when you voluntarily provide it to us, specifically:
- Audit checklist requests: full name, work email address, business type, and phone number (optional).
- Contact form submissions: name, email address, business name, and the content of your message.
- Call bookings: if you book a call via our Calendly link, Calendly collects your name, email, and any details you provide when scheduling. That data is subject to Calendly's own privacy policy as well as this one.
We do not knowingly collect any special category data (health, financial account details, etc.) through this site, and we ask that you don't include any in free-text fields.
Why we collect it
- To send you the audit checklist you requested.
- To respond to enquiries submitted through our contact form.
- To follow up about our services (the Audit and the Fix Sprint), where you've given us your details for that purpose.
- To improve our website and understand how it's used.
Our legal basis for this processing is your consent (when you submit a form) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and following up with people who have actively asked for information about our services. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@inkanoko.com.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and lead data for as long as is reasonably necessary to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the duration of our engagement plus a reasonable period afterward for accounting and legal purposes. If you ask us to delete your data and we have no ongoing legal or contractual reason to retain it, we will.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your data. We may share it with third-party service providers who help us run the business — for example, email delivery services, scheduling tools (Calendly), and hosting providers — strictly to the extent needed for them to provide that service to us, and under their own confidentiality and data protection obligations.
Cookies
This site may use essential cookies required for it to function, and may use analytics cookies to help us understand how visitors use the site. Where analytics or marketing cookies are used, we will ask for your consent via a cookie banner before they're set.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Ask us to delete your data, subject to any legal retention requirements.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format.
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority — in Finland, the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@inkanoko.com and we'll respond within one month.
