The Audit

Two days. A clear picture of where your revenue is leaking.

Most businesses are losing deals not because of bad products or bad people, but because the process between first enquiry and closed deal has gaps nobody has ever properly mapped. The Inkanoko audit finds them.

£2,495 fixed fee. No charge if we don't find at least three actionable revenue leaks.

Sound familiar?

You know revenue is being lost. You just can't see exactly where.

Your team is working hard. Enquiries are coming in. But somewhere between first contact and signed deal, things go quiet. Follow-ups slip. Proposals go unanswered. Momentum fades. You know revenue is being lost. You just can't see exactly where.

"We map what's actually happening in your business, not what should be happening on paper."

How the audit works

Two focused days. No disruption.

01

We map the process

We spend the first day understanding exactly how opportunities move through your business, from first enquiry to proposal to follow-up to close. We look at what happens, what gets recorded, what gets missed, and where deals typically stall.

02

We show you what it's costing

On the second day we present our findings. You'll see a clear map of your quote-to-cash process, the specific points where revenue is leaking, and what fixing each one is worth to your business.

No lengthy preparation required on your part. We work around your schedule.

The no-charge guarantee

If the audit report doesn't identify at least three specific, actionable revenue leaks, you don't pay. Each finding comes with an estimate of what it is costing you.

Applies to businesses that give us the access and information the audit needs. Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the report.

Is this for you?

The audit works best for independent businesses where the owner or a small leadership team is close to the sales process. Businesses that sell high-value products or services — where each lost deal genuinely hurts. Businesses that have a process, even an informal one, but have never had anyone map it properly.

It is not for businesses looking for a quick sales training fix, or those with large structured sales teams already running a formal process.

Worth knowing

We don't come in to sell you software or recommend a lengthy transformation programme. The audit is diagnostic — our job is to find the leaks and show you how to fix them, using the tools and processes you already have wherever possible.

Most of what we find can be fixed with small, practical changes. Some fixes you can implement yourself immediately. Others we can help you with through a Fix Sprint engagement.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

How much does the audit cost?

The Audit is a fixed fee of £2,495. There are no hourly charges and no surprises. The fee covers the two days, the process map, the revenue leak report and the prioritised fix list.

What if you don't find anything worth fixing?

If the audit doesn't identify at least three specific, actionable revenue leaks, you don't pay. We are confident enough in the process to put our fee behind it.

How much of my team's time does it take?

Very little. We work around your schedule over two days, mostly with the owner or sales lead, plus short conversations with whoever handles enquiries and quotes. There is no lengthy preparation on your side.

Will you try to sell me software?

No. The audit is diagnostic. We use the tools and processes you already have wherever possible, and most of what we find can be fixed with small, practical changes.

What happens after the audit?

You get a clear plan with next steps. You can act on the findings yourself, or work with us through a Fix Sprint to prioritise and implement the changes. There is no obligation either way.

Do you work with businesses outside the four sectors listed?

Our focus is kitchen and bathroom showrooms, windows, doors and conservatories, landscaping and garden design, and estate agents. If your business sells high-value products or services through a consultative sales process, get in touch and we'll tell you honestly whether the audit is a fit.

Do you work in both the UK and Finland?

Yes. Inkanoko is registered in Helsinki and works with independent businesses in the UK and Finland.
