Founder. 25 years across finance and sales. Started Inkanoko with a clear conviction that independent businesses lose more revenue to process gaps than to competition. He has spent his career on both sides of the commercial table and knows where the leaks hide.
Customer Experience Lead. Eight years building and improving customer experience across multiple sectors. She brings a sharp focus on what happens after the first hello, how businesses retain attention, build trust, and turn enquiries into committed buyers.
Analytics Lead with an MBA and an exceptional eye for detail. She ensures that what we present to clients is grounded in data and evidence, not guesswork dressed up as insight.
Technology and Business Development. Keeps Inkanoko at the leading edge of what emerging tools, including AI, can do for independent businesses. Enthusiastic, sharp, and always looking at what is coming next.
AI and Technical Infrastructure. Handles the analytical heavy lifting, data processing, and technology backbone that lets the rest of the team focus on what they do best.
